ISB Schools Cup is an annual series of tournaments held throughout Russia during the Season in three stages: City, Regional, Final. Each stage includes a different set of nominations, approved for the Season, compiled in accordance with the recommendations of ISB Russia.

Restrictions by Categories (Juniors, Schoolchildren, Change) provide fighters with a competitive environment where the minimum gap between opponents is achieved due to experience limitations, as well as the impossibility of returning to "soft" nominations after moving to "steel". Thus, the development of a novice fighter's skills will be as safe and optimal as possible.

To move up through the Cup stages, a fighter must be a member of an ISB School and earn first places at their School and Regional tournaments.
